Hinges are cheap and don't exceed the weight limit. Bought this for my kid and I used it once and it broke at the hinge.

This is junk. Get any decent mesh ergo/office chair and you will thank yourself. So will your back.

Be wary of anything with the "gamer" moniker tacked-on. Often times these types of products are marketed to a young demographic that doesn't know any better. More-often-than-not these "Gamer chairs" are made using very shoddy materials for a quick cashgrab. In this case: the faux leather will start to crush and crumple over time, and the mess will be a giant pain. Along with any body pain you sustain from long-term use of such a product.

The "Staples Hyken" or "Staples Dexley" go on sale every so often at the $100-$150 range, and will last you much much longer than this and provide comfort, breathability, and proper support.

Anything made of bonded leather will fall apart. The leather will crack and fall off after a year or so.

No coupons needed - price says $99.99. Maybe this is a YMMV deal? Perhaps try selecting a different store?

Is this good quality, can anyone who is familiar with brand or this chair comment? I've been using a different $100 chair from Staples and it started falling apart at seams after 6 months and I duct taped it and it's holding up but it's also pretty bad material, doesn't seem to be perfectly level either. So I am not sure if staples $100 chairs are good enough.

I am interested too. Only wished it had a headrest.

My friend bought two of these, the limited time(s) I've sat in it, it was comfortable. I can't speak to long-term usage but my friend hasn't told me they've had any issues. Bought 2 of the grey/black ones a year or so ago now, holding up well so far.

I got one of these for 75$ years ago, it's comfy enough but will start falling apart after awhile, not bad for a budget chair but definitely get a cover for it and maybe an ergonomic but pad if you're on the larger side, hemorrhoids are a lesson you only want to learn once 💀.

I got this chair previously for under $100 by combining a few sales. Been using it for about a month and like it. Bought a lil headrest pad off Amazon to stick out more. Seems very sturdy, material is soft... but I think all bonded leather peels over time if you don't keep it conditioned. I got the $12 warranty so in 3 years or less I can. Send a picture of any wear and tear and get a brand new chair or refund

This is a good chair for $100. I wouldn't pay more. I've bought 3 of them over the last couple of years and use it every day for my remote work.

I've had mine for 6 months now, using it around 60 hours per week for remote work. It seems to be holding up perfectly--looks and feels just like the day I assembled it. I'm 6'2", 190 lbs, for comparison. I was worried about the lack of a headrest, but that has not been an issue for me. I paid around $150 for it, iirc, and I feel like it's been a great value. I got the black/purple (my daughters chose it, lol), a color option which doesn't seem to be listed here, but the purple color is very subdued, and it looks professional for meetings via webcam.
