Mae Ploy 14 oz tube is regularly at Asian grocery store for $2.79 to $2.99 (pre covid).
Red, Green, Yellow, Massaman, and Panang

You can open your Thai restaurant (No Pad Thai though).

I was just able to check out on Amazon. For Walmart it may depend on your location. Still in stock for me and available for either delivery or pickup...but many stores near me have it in stock.

Has anyone actually tried it from Amazon? I tried the green one a while back, It was horrible, But probably due to bad storage, It was brown instead of green

Im guessing this would have to be cooked in a pot along with the meat? Any recommendations with sauces that I can use as a curry sauce type condiment that I can either dip in or use with an air fry meats? Usually I just use srirachia or sugar free bbq sauce to add flavor

Personally not a fan of the green curry. Do not add extra salt IMHO.

Try to find an Asian Market and look for the item below. It has a much more authentic taste, it stores years in the fridge without degradation and at about $6-7 it is a far better value.
