UPDATE: Reported in another region to require an additional $20 purchase and limit of 8.
No such requirement or limit in my area (Cincinnati, OH) Feel free to post your area's results to help out.

Also, check your local affiliate's ads such as Ralph's.

Anyone see this new "Boost" program Kroger is running?
$59 a year - double fuel points on ALL purchases.
Next day home delivery of ordered items!

I'm thinking the double fuel points alone could be a net + for me...

Luckily no minimum purchase required here. I have put link in the OP now that the ad has come out.
