Way easier on desktop browser.
On mobile the link launches the D+ app and doesn't work. Going directly to URL on mobile browser just tells you to download the app.
It is possible, but you have to login on the site and then do desktop version and then submit the request.
YMMV, but for me much easier to do on computer
*Offer valid only for active Uber Eats users in good standing who have placed at least 1 order in the past 90 days in the US and who are new or eligible returning Disney Bundle subscribers; excludes existing Disney+, ESPN+, or Hulu subscribers. Includes Hulu (ad-supported) plan.

I'm also a subscriber to Disney+ through Verizon family plan.
[update]
Finally got the email. It says my primary email address is not eligible because I've had a previous Uber account before (probably tried a month trial in the past). However, I applied the promo code with an alternate email and it worked.

if not guess i could cancel the $1.66 since they're charging per month instead of all up front for that one.
but it'd be nice to stack.
As an honorable person I have no qualms about screwing Disney so I tried it, but as noted above you don't get an immediate response. If I get a response I'll let you all know, whether it is positive or negative.

I found the terms of the $1.66/mo offer [uber.com] and it refers to the offer as a "trial offer", which makes me think it would be counted as a discounted trial per the text quoted above.
This is just what the terms say, though; I know that sometimes the actual implementation is different and people can make it work despite how the offer is written. I would be curious to see if anyone has actually tried to use it after the Paypal offer to see if it will work.

I will agree that there should be a better way to house all these deals, but I don't want companies to stop providing trials, etc.

Got a 75% off coupon and used it same day for $20 off a food order.
Now I see this and my Disney+ is on my email, submitted the offer and may cancel my wife's account that's being charged 1.66 a month if I get mine free. Once we receive the email how long do we have to claim the offer? I find my wife's account gets a lot more promo codes for Uber eats but mine does not has me contemplating the switch.
