The groove is available again, except as a backorder. Gives you a few months to save or wait for something better. Ordered one today

I got the Groove delivered last Friday and the front tire cannot be installed as the front fork isn't aligned. Call customer service is pointless as calls just go to voicemail but I did do a support ticket. Man do I really have to dispute this charge on my credit card? The company's customer service is nonexistent it seems like.

Has anyone had any luck with support? Received gen3 Groove on 7/7 with a bent / out of alignment front fork so unable to install front wheel. Submitted a ticket 7/9 and still waiting to hear back. Also if you had a similar issue and was able to fix it, I'd appreciate if you could share how you resolved it.
Same issue here. Front fork does NOT align with front wheel. Submitted a ticket but it seems like customer service is super slow so I am just going to dispute with my credit card. What horrible quality control.

Hm. I also had a nightmare putting the front wheel.

I also thought the left fork was misaligned but actually it was properly aligned. It was just damn hard to put it on. I had to put the tire a bit further out to the front and then spend another 10-20 mins trying to align both forks and the rotor.

It's not suppose to go on like that though. I have had multiple bicycles with quick release and the wheel should easily slide into the brake pad/fork. I even took the time and dragged this bike to my buddy that works at a bike shop and he the confirmed the fork is bent/not aligned. Simply.. this is failed quality control, poor workmanship, and defective front fork.

I am returning the Groove and not doing anymore business with the company so I just want a RMA so I can return the bike but seems like the company isn't responding. Mad

Got you. Maybe it is indeed defective.

This is a good bike so maybe give it a shot and try to swap it out with another one.

Is this better than the Bird ebike that was recently $999 at Walmart?

My only issue with e-bike is the high risk of theft…
We have two e-bikes and pretty often we ride them to the store to buy small stuff. They do have a key and when removed, the battery is disabled and cannot be removed. Maybe one can ride it, but trust me, at 55+ lbs. weight it is difficult to speed up and be gone in a minute...

Sorry if I'm being a total noob. But would this bike be good for someone who is trying to pedal more often and get my cardio shape up? Or am I better off going for something else?
This bike gives you the flexibility to pedal as much or as little as you want. You could pedal with no assistance or you could pedal with different levels of assistance that you choose or you could do full throttle with no pedaling.

Customer service and warranty coverage makes or breaks a company's success.

Based on all the research and comments I have read about this company I would be weary as it looks like the company is offloading their inventory with these sales and I have a feeling they are on the verge of shutting down. I just disputed the charge with my CC and hopefully this can elevate the process.

I bought two bikes. One is fine, the other has a completely dead battery. Contacted support a few days ago. No response. Tried calling, but no go. They send you to voicemail after a couple of minutes. I am thinking of returning the defective bike. I hope they don't make me pay for return shipping.
