I don't know much about bike brands. But this looks ike a decent bike at a decent price. A lot of the cheaper bikes on sale seem to have tons of quality problems.
Walmart only has a handful of reviews.
The manufacturer website has lots of good reviews for these though.

I almost bought this last week (don't remember the price) as it seemed better than the other "cheaper" Mountain Bikes. I ended splurging for something a bit more expensive [amazon.com] reminding myself that the boy who I bought it for has two younger brothers that will hopefully use it one day. Also, I had Amazon Rewards points I used which helped
No garbage pogo stick "suspension" , simple 1x drivetrain.
You could do worse for $150.

If you really want quality, you'd have to find a wealthy family that bought something like a $700 Specialized Riprock and try to get it for $200. The kid will still outgrow it pretty fast, but if you have three kids that can hand it down, this is the best option.
