How is it for office work, text or general browsing? I have no need for gaming but I was thinking that 4K resolution will be giving much more space to keep 4 browser windows on the screen.

I mainly use it for coding. Color, brightness and view angle is very good as a second screen.
To keep 4 browser windows on the screen at the same time, using 40-50' 4k TV as a monitor may be an option. 27' monitor is too crowded for that.

Wondering if power supply is external or internal... user's manual for this manual suggest that it is internal, but can't find confirmation anywhere in the specs either on amazon's page or on manufacturer's website...

Thanks. I've asked question on Amazon and got two answers suggesting that power brick is external. But knowing that sellers sometimes reuse existing item with new product to keep good ratings⦠only way to find out for sure is to order.

Yup it is an external power brick. 12v 110-240v compatible, looks pretty cheap though..
Just got mine.
White screen test: 0 dead pixels
Black screen test: Uniform black, but less black than my other (ultra premium screen). But if both were not next to each other, you would say very black. Most important: uniform.
Without touching the sittings: but out of the box very bright. It is less than my 500 nits premium monitor, but feels very bright. I would say it feels 400 nits.
After touching the settings: changing backlight from 80 (default) to 100 has no impact. So that 400 nits feel is the best you are going to get
Only grudge: it seems there is no shortcut to go from one preset to another, hence you need to go into the horrible menu to change the brightness (2pm vs 10pm need different brightness)
