Is this a good monitor? Price is very tempting vs. other 60Hz UHD monitors. I bought the 32" M70B from Samsung at the same price but had to return them due to several dead pixels

Back when 1080p was starting out, I bought a costco 37" sceptre 1080p for $1,600 = tax. less than 2 years later id died. I called costco to see if it was warrantied and the guy said to return it to the store. I felt guilty doing that, then went to frys and bought a samsung 42" for $1699 and forgot all about it.
Depending on what you have now, and your needs, this could be a decent "hold me over" monitor gamble as we wait for OLED & mini-LED to take over and start reaching the solid mid tier price point that better name brand IPS is in now.
But if I had to guess QA is most likely the place they cut corners to be able to offer such a cheap 4K display in the first place.

I see some reviews about pixel bleed and vertical line appearance after few days of use
This is the best one I could find but I have no knowledge of validity or accuracy of this website.
