Just a heads up. As much of a great deal as this is, it is not the special edition that has ray-tracing and extra graphical/gameplay enhancements, it's very stupid but they made 2 separate editions…regular DMC5 and DMC5 Special Edition. Wish this was for the special editions…then it would be an extra slick deal. Still a great deal nonetheless

Just a heads up. As much of a great deal as this is, it is not the special edition that has ray-tracing and extra graphical/gameplay enhancements, it's very stupid but they made 2 separate editions…regular DMC5 and DMC5 Special Edition. Wish this was for the special editions…then it would be an extra slick deal. Still a great deal nonetheless

Any idea whether this will be 60fps in next gen consoles? Or only the one with RT have better fps?

The Xbox One version of DMC V (which is what this deal is for) runs at 60 FPS on the Series X.

Ray tracing @ 1080p 60fps or 4K 30fps or if you turn ray-tracing off, you get the option of going 120fps at 4K

God damn. I need this kind of love for DMC5 in PS5. Capcom went full greed mode on DMC5 and did not allowed us PS4 owners to even upgrade the DMC5 PS4 version to PS5 versions. Ugh.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the PC port doesn't have ray tracing either. Which if true is absolutely stupid ll things considered (since you know, people who have RTX graphics cards should be able to enjoy this if they paid a premium for a newer graphics card).

There are mods to add everything that's in the "Special Edition". Yes, it's stupid that they didn't update it for the PC citing "PC is not capable" lol

Probably gonna be a couple of years before the better version will hit $10 digitally though. It's really not that much better. The ray tracing is mediocre like all of their RE Engine ray tracing games. The 120fps is not stable so unless you have a VRR screen, it's not really an upgrade. The only new addition is the turbo mode and a new difficulty option.
