SEALED bottles of brake fluid have NO expiration date. Assumed to be stored in climate controlled room in house. This is what @Timoteo7332 was referring to. UNOPENED brake fluid for "lifetime" brake fluid changes.
Manufactures may say TWO years for unopened. But even w/in that, some offer conflicting info. Ultimately, user discretion. BUT, plenty of people have safely used UNOPENED 2+ year old brake fluid w/o any problems. One can also use test strips to test an older UNOPENED brake fluid bottle too.
I don't know abut DOT5 (USA-silicone based; Euro-ester based) if it will absorb moisture, esp since Silicone based. But I don't have a vehicle that requires DOT5.

I was just doing my niece's inherited 94 Sierra. The last person to do the calipers used a grease that melted the rubber rings into the caliper. Never seen anything like it. Can't even pick it out. Time for new calipers I guess.
Am sure you know that there are LOTS of on line videos and other instructions on how to deal with that common problem.
Yes I tried with torch and other tricks. It just not working for me. The cylinder cost $35 at autozone so I just replace it.
Bargain! Not worth skinned knuckles.

Yes. You want to bleed the rear brakes little more than the front, due to the longer lines. But 1 quart per smaller car like that will work.
Where do you get/buy the DOT 5 brake fluid? It is not always commonly available in auto parts stores anymore...
Flushing two truck's brake lines and the brake cleaner makes me smell nice.. plus it even comes with single use hair gel
