I just chatted with Ring and they said it is not shared. Snippets from my chat with Rep
from Rep:
"Actually, if you get the device from that store. You still need to do the n9ormal process of setting the device in the Ring app. If that address had a Plus plan applied, after you set up the device it will be covered automatically. "
from Rep:
"If different e-mail, then you need to apply the plan to the device under that address. "

no just wanted to clarify so he has no access to my ring plan and camera
