Driver - turns screws and nuts, more common to use on a regular basis
IMHO don't get the impact wrench unless you know you will be using it. I have a corded impact wrench for swapping out my snow tires that I have owned for years and it suits my needs but it was cheap.
Also keep in mind it's very realistic that it'll take weeks for these to arrive
