It's not. Walmart doesn't have sales. They have rollbacks once in a while. But, this is the everyday price. I bought some weeks ago at the same price. They recently made the sheets a little thicker. So, you are only getting 320 sheets per roll now instead of the 425+ they used to advertise on their packaging.
