I just looked this up on a whim and saw there was a blue bar under the price indicating an extra $10 of prime savings would be applied at checkout. Went ahead and ordered and saw the discount was applied. However, the banner doesn't show for me anymore if I try to duplicate. Maybe only once per account? YMMV maybe.

That was probably your $10.00 credit for completing the prime stamp challenge promotion they have running right now. Check the front page and see if it shows you watched a video, streamed music, etc. Once the credit is valid it shows that discount on anything shipped and sold directly from Amazon.
