Just picked one up in SoCal. Good looking out OP

Tip: Make sure the one you get has the yellow "Special Bundle" tag on the top right of the packaging. There were multiples but only this one rang up for clearance price.

There are a few more in south mountain location in Arizona. They are in the back. I have to ask an employee to get it. The employee refuse to tell me how many they have left, just a couple.

Target nearby has 3 or 4. I had asked to buy all of them and was told by the electronics employee that he wasn't selling to resellers, assuming I'm reselling vs gifts. Claimed it had been target policy for years not to sell to resellers.

Target's policy is 1 clearance item per person per day. Also, you know you're reselling it and he's not an idiot.

Hit two stores: Round Rock - Had two, but wasn't approved for the 70% discount; Austin Hancock Center - Had one, no updated shelf tag, rang up at $99. Last one at that location, but anyone else in Austin can roll the dice based on BS.

Checked 2 stores in the LA area, first was all cleared. Found a box in the 2nd store but it was full price. Bummer, I've been looking for a GoPro for 3 months.

Got one! FYI, visited 3 stores in person, in the Plano/Allen area. Two stores rang up as regular price, while only one had special pricing (OOS now, only had one left before me). Not sure why pricing will differ from store to store.

Went to nearest target in Allen, TX and they had several of these with a $329 tag but at checkout they rang $98. I bought 2 and they still have more left. FYI there were regular hero 8s without the bundle as well and they ring up $299.
