Buying 2-3 seems reasonable (keep or gift, maybe resell 1 or 2). These people just buying out stores of 10+ seems sleazy to me.

I only bought 3 because there were more than 20 left. I planned on getting two originally. One personally and one to gift.

Just like for many others - went to the store, there's a "Clearance, 70%off" label on the empty shelf, but next to it is the regular price black bundle. Ask the employee - "sold out", but after carefully looking at the regular bundle see two in the far back that have the yellow corner with special bundle wording on it - point those out and I get the one, employee decided he'd get the other since I did not want to get two.

Got one for $98 in zip code 37659 eastern Tennessee. Looked like last one in the lock box but I didn't ask about any stock in the back. Target associate did tell me to "expect alot of these clearance deals on electronics in the coming weeks as the company has alot of overstock" presumably from the holidays.

Yes. They scan at the higher price. I needed to get an employee to use their personal scanner to find the clearance prices that had not yet been pushed to the registers.

Found one with a sales tag of $329. When I told the sales person I would like to buy one in a locked case, they immediately said the price is not $99. I insisted that I wanted to buy it. To her surprise it ranged up as $98.99. 😏
