This information is incorrect. I have this and I can view on tvs by requesting alexa to show XYZ location on the property, and also arm and disarm by saying the correct commands. So your con might just be using incorrect commands. Cheers 🍻.

I share a Wyze with multiple people and it's an easy permissions. Can the unpaid version still view live?

If you created your account by April 15, 2020 you're grandfathered in and can add any of the Blink devices to your free subscription. If you created your account after April 15, 2020 you are probably using XT2 cameras which don't require a subscription.

They are much better than Ring in terms of battery life. Had both Ring spotlight and this one. I had to recharge Ring every 2 months, but I haven't changed the blink's 2 AA batteries in a year. They are running great.

Only cons of blink is there app isn't mature as Ring and doesn't integrate with Alexa, Google, etc., to automatically arm the system.

why are there so many bad recent reviews for this. Any feed back from Sd community. I need a camera system around house. I have few different one currently but want to have one system with many cameras. Local saving and no subscription.
