Never heard of this brand. How are the urban/mountain/hybrid bikes?

Their bikes are pretty solid, if not basic, with some style thrown in. Their core single speeds are also pretty decent deal for commuters.

Bought one of their bikes in January and multiple bike shops have been unable to rectify their 'jumpy' gears. If you decide to purchase from them, be sure to get a bike shop to put it together and immediately flag any issues

Easy thing to try-- just clamp down harder on the rear wheel. Worth a shot.

Decent brand and good basic bikes for the money but QC is pretty bad. You can get lucky and have one perfect out the box or more likely get one with at least 1 thing that needs tuning or adjusting if not flat out replacing. Good bikes to buy from a local shop where they've sorted through or can stand behind any issues with the bike but it's a roll of the dice if you get it shipped to you.

Should be the same specs as the non-open box bike here: https://www.statebicycle.com/coll...-650b-700c

I bought a bike from their core line. Solid bike that I rode to work everyday for 2 years. The one I got was heavier then I thought it would but very little maintenance and a very smooth ride all the time. Highly recommended if you are looking for one.

Can't seem to find derailleur specs on some of the models. And on those that show them, either unknown brand or not reputable standard. I'm skeptical.

Super solid and well respected brand. If I had the money I'd jump on the Black Label All-Road.

not sure if the quality got better overtime. I bought a gravel single speed from them about 6 years ago. I hated it.

Many shops seem allergic to derailleur hanger alignment. If your hanger isn't straight, it will never shift great. I've seen many brand new bikes with that need adjustment.

I ride State for my bikes and only state. I have a black label single speed and an all-road. I've had no issues whatsoever. I love them.

They warranty the bikes if you have them put together by a bike shop and provide the receipt. If you put it together on your own, no warranty.
