    Um I bought 5lb of pink salt from home goods for $4.... And it was already ground so less workšŸ¤£... Salt isn't going to be "fresher" when it's fresh ground. Pepper... Maybe but probably not noticably to anyone who doesn't have a Gordon Ramsay level pallette.
