It's not gluten free or dairy free for anyone with allergy concerns.

Keto is kind of a misnomer. I see people advertising meat lovers pizza deals and calling it keto all the time 🤦 that doesn't necessarily mean it's a health dietary choice. So for anyone health conscious, you know what your getting. If your getting this while trying to be vegan and or gluten free, then just go out and get the real stuff lol, if your gonna cheat, cheat the right way.

It has 4g net carbs which is why it fits in the realm of keto. A meat lovers pizza isn't keto unless it would likely have a low carb crust substitute. I don't think anyone is advertising a normal meat lovers pizza with 60 carbs as keto.

I've tried countless different brands of "keto" pancake mixes over the years. Pancakes are one of the things I long for, and I am constantly seeking the closest approximation to the real thing I can find. King Arthur is currently the favorite of both my wife and I, with the Kroger brand Simple Truth pancake mix a close second.

For syrup, I absolutely love Wholesome Yum keto maple syrup. It is painfully expensive, but ultimately worth it.

I see it on Instagram ALL THE TIME. Just junk food constantly being advertised as keto because of the high fat content. But I digress

literally everything is junk food on keto unless its meat, cheese, or greens. this product seems good for maintenance mode though.

I don't do keto, but I do pay attention to labels and try to keep my macros in check. So I'm a bit confused why this is even labeled as "keto" when the carb count (15g) is higher than the protein (13g). I understand that carbs don't have to be zero in order for something to be considered keto, but this feels like a stretch.

To be clear, food is food and I'm not saying there's anything wrong with this. I'm just failing to see why it would be labeled as a "keto" option.
