I don't recommend this unit: the PSU is not powerful enough to upgrade a good graphic card. It's 12V only. Mobo is not a standard one with strange connectors. You cannot replace power supply with a standard one. I purchased and returned mine. Just for your information and awareness. If you don't plan to upgrade and use for surfing and basic office works, it's not bad at this price.

That would worry me as well.

Any time I've ever done it on a "good" (~$1800) machine it's been painfully slow

"newer processor" you can never tell about either - you pretty much gotta find benchmarks for the software that you use and the exact chipset.

It REALLY doesn't need to be that hard . . . but Intel's been so afraid of losing any corner of any market that they purposely make easy comparison impossible for the layman.

"Well, you've got a 10th generation i57z with marshmallow fluff there, it's much faster than the creamy peanut butter i9 (but the i57z has one processor and the i9 has six, unless you get the crunchy, then it's 5 processors with BOOST" HAH???

I agree 100% Smilie Well explained.Applause

Memory swapout should be easy enough

You have to power/heat/size homework if you're going to plan on putting a card in this box

Read this CAREFULLY:
Qualifies for Upgrade to Windows 11 (after doing Windows Updates)

Qualifies != Supports so do a search and find a forum where someone's done it. Whether or not you put Win11 on it, getting something that won't support it is a pass
Been running Win11 on one for a couple of months. No issues.

Is that a USB C on there that I see on the front in the grainy pic? I assume just one?
Yes, 1 USB C on front. None on back.

You should just keep checking back on ebay if you really want one. They've been coming in and out of stock since April. There just isn't always new thread posted for it every time it's does.

IIRC, two. There's a good teardown video on Youtube.

Does this have an optical drive? Specs don't seem to mention it, but images seem to show one.

EDIT: It is currently in stock, just purchased one also. Should be a good general purpose / occasional office work from home box. I do occasionally use the optical drive in my current box, but if this doesn't have one, I'll just use an external drive.

Indeed it does have an optical drive. There is a button on the front, when pressed the optical drive opens vertically.

Does anyone have a recommendation for adding ram and if this is the right one or anywhere for a good price? No gaming but a lot of excel and web pages. I haven't bought a computer in a long time. TIA!

Anyone know the dimensions? I can't seem to find them listed. They must be right in front of my face somewhere.

Also, what's the most powerful card that will fit in this case?

Thanks for any and all help.
