Ive had YT Red/Premium since 2018 and it ABSOLUTELY changes how you use the service. Without the annoying ads, you are more comfortable "grazing" on videos which you normally would not watch. Esp true on the the phone where we have exponentially lower attention span.
I used Turkey as is cheapest with the inflation ravaging the country there 70% year over year
HERE ARE THE STEPS:
• Make new Gmail Account, can put fake name, mine is "Catch Not"
• Turn on VNP with location Turkey
• Open Icognito Page in BROWSER
• Navigate to YouTube.com
• Sign in with the new email adress
• Click on the menu of the left, find "YouTube Premium" button
• Monthly is $16.99TRY - about $1 a month, or you can sub yearly and get a discount - $169TRY which is about $10 a year
• Click "Try For Free" button
• Will ask for Credit Card - add your regular credit card, or WHATEVER you want to pay with
• I used my every day credit card, and entered my actual name there (or it wont go thru obviously)
• Enter your Expiration Date and 3 digit code from the back of the card
• DO NOT ENTER BILLING ADRESS !!
• It did NOT ask me to put a residential adress on anywhere either.
• Just press pay, and enjoy YouTube Premium for less than $1 a month, and trust me, with the inflation will only get CHEAPER from now on!

Immagine if 10 people reply to that shit post above my comment..
you cant read my post?
• DO NOT TYPE BILLING ADRESS!!
• IT DOES NOT ASK ME ANYWHERE TO PUT AN
ADRESS IN TURKEY OR ARGENTINA EITHER
Just go and do it right man, is not that hard
1. On a desktop (not mobile), VPN to Argentina. I used PIA. VPN on the phone did nothing.
2. Open a private/incognito browser of your choice and go to youtube.com. I used Chrome.
3. Click the "Premium" menu item on the left menu.
4. They offered me 1 month free, with 119 Argentine Peso's every month after that. That converts to $0.94 per month. At that price, I don't care about an extra 2 free months.
5. I setup a brand new gmail account for my new youtube premium account.
6. It asked for a cell phone number to verify who I am. It defaulted to an Argentina country code, so I tried several virtual Argentina cell phones and failed -- many times. Then, I tried a fake US number via TextNow -- and failed again. Finally I gave in and used my personal cell phone -- and it worked. So just use a real cell phone number. Apparently Google doesn't care.
7. Then I needed a billing credit card. Privacy.com isn't supposed to have any foreign transaction fees, so I used a privacy.com virtual card, went to Google Maps, and picked a random house in the middle of Buenos Aires. I started typing in the street name, and Google "guessed" the address. I just said OK. Apparently, I live there now instead of America.
8. Google seems to have approved everything, so I have Premium at less than $1 per month now.
9. I went to my iPad, signed out of my normal account, and signed into my new one. Zero issues.
10. Downloaded a few Sesame Street videos for my kids to watch on the road trip I'm taking in 3 days. Disconnected from Wi-Fi, and played them back with no problems.
So I guess I'll see what happens once my free month is up. If the privacy.com card is hit for $1 or less, I'll keep this thing forever.
Good luck!
What am I doing wrong?

I've read many creating a new account in fear of being banned, while others do it because this workaround cannot be done if they had a previous subscription. Did you use a new account because of the ban issue? If yes, have you read actual examples of people getting banned?
Regarding privacy.com, it allows you to specify a billing location when creating a virtual card, or does it simply not care?
Thanks.
go ahead and do it right
