You can find all best rice cooker from Tiger/zojirushi/Panasonic/Toshiba, 100% made in Japan. Amazon JP can search English without pain.
I bought mine from Amazon JP 8 years ago, working perfectly with US 110V-120V, cooking daily with all kinds of ingredients, no problem at all.
update:
My bad, I forgot to mention one thing: all are made in Japan, including manuals and operation panel labels. NO English. But Google translate is always helpful. Bottom line, similar models for US market are designed same so their manuals will work too.
1. The rice cooker can only save one timer, while my older one supports 2 timers. This is a big hassle for me.
2. It can never cook the brown rice right. It is always too soggy for my taste and it takes over an hour and half to cook brown rice.
3. The results of cooking short grain white rice is also disappointing. I typically have to go with a bit smaller amount of water than suggested, otherwise the cooked rice is bit stickier.
4. The inner pot is noticeable lighter compared to Panasonic one, which I suspect to result poor cooking results.
If you are picky about rice, I would not recommend the Tiger one.

I only trust these famous Asian brands that are known to cook delicious rice. If you really want all these functionalities and is not so picky about the deliciousness of the rice, Aroma is the way to go. If you worry about TPFE on the inner coat, choose some rice cooker with ceramic inner pot. Otherwise, go with this tiger rice cooker. It cooks rice as delicious as some cheaply-made(but is priced for $$$) IH rice cookers if you are just cooking for a few cups. If I really have to complain something about it, then it's that you cannot detach the top lid which makes it a little bit hard to clean.

I got the Cuckoo one in 2020 December for $70 at Costco. It works great.

That is not true. We took off the inner lid on the Cuckoo one to wash every time after use.
