It's the data and text messages I find insufficient for my primary device. Not so much the outgoing SMS but rather the incoming SMS. I get way too many spam texts.
Price is good for a backup phone and service though.

I think you'll find plenty of folks like me nowadays who use their smartphones more for apps and internet rather than actual phone calls.
