Ace is selling this for $10 with an additional $3 off if your are a Rewards customer (free to sign up). No shipping if you pick this up at yoiur local Ace Hardware Store.
This is a very compact kit with an array of convienent bit sizes which would be great to include in your car's "go to kit." I do not believe these bits are impact grade nor is this case stackable with other ToughCase Dewalt products since this case uses a different latching design vs. other stackable Dewalt ToughCases.

Yes, I like it too. Bought a bunch when these went on sale for the same price before Christmas. Gave to the nephews and cousins and kept one for myself. Well worth $7 and find myself teaching for it over larger sets for quick jobs around the house.

how is it different from that set, or is this set irreplaceable?
There are already similar sets, although the price is good, but I don't plan to buy the fall ash.
