If you've never read Tucker Max stuff, you're missing out on some belly laughs, imho at least. He writes short stories about embarrassing/awkward/mean things that he and his friends do, usually involving hooking up with girls. Most of his books are just a collection of short storiesοΏΌ.
I bought this at an airport bookstore when I got bumped due to an overbooked flight. For the inconvenience, I got to fly first class for the first time⦠so after a few free drinks, I pulled the book out. Within a couple pages, I was laughing out loud, frequently enough that the nice proper older lady sitting next to politely asked what the book was about (probably bc i was bothering her). It took me a second to answer her because I wasn't sure what to say. I'd just read about Tucker shooting something at someone in front of their dad while parked in their driveway. I told the lady after I was able to stop laughing that it was just a funny story making me remember my own time in college. I'm glad she didn't press me!

He's a less polished Daniel Tosh who's more absurdly egotistical and far less funny. And when his movie bombed and people started ridiculing him on his message boards, he shut everything down and moved back into stocks and bonds or whatever day job he had at the time.
Highly educated frat boy projecting stories that never happened while looking down on perceived social inferiors. It's a very niche category.
He's a less polished Daniel Tosh who's more absurdly egotistical and far less funny. And when his movie bombed and people started ridiculing him on his message boards, he shut everything down and moved back into stocks and bonds or whatever day job he had at the time.
