Yes, that's possible. My kid in college and wife use my Red Card all the time using my account and Target app on their phones. It's fair game.

You could use it on C2 but not the C1, interestingly. But then again, they might drop more than 20% by the end of the year.

I'm verified as a student but I don't see the offer anywhere at all. I've looked all through my Target Circle offers.

Update - I found it but it says OFFER UNAVAILABLE. I have chat support verify I'm confirmed as a student. They are saying it's not all college students (which is crap). I even pointed them to their corporate website.
