Pharmacist here, and you don't know what you're talking about. They do an ANDA approval for the generic. Has to show extremely close pharmacokinetic values, enough to show that it has bioequivalence.

If I didn't stock up last time I was in Asia I'd be all over this deal - I bought 240 180mg allegra tablets for about $6. Knew a guy who knew a guy who sold these in bulk to hospitals and pharmacies. I take as needed esp since my omicron symptoms were pretty close to my allergic reactions.
