They don't do a very good job of describing the items, such as length or the model's size, etc. Zara seems to run small too.

Yeah I would have preferred a description of the item than all of that. They've always had a bad website for online shopping, though it has improved lately.

Their site, especially the sale pages, is one of the worst when it comes to navigation and accuracy. You stumble through the site and when you finally find something you like, it shows that it's low in stock. Then when you click on it to add to cart, it says they don't have any more. I think they want you to start browsing and then steer you to full price items.
