It might be, the only difference Amazon lists is that the Omni has hands free Alexa and can do Video Calling. If those two things are important to you than maybe it is worth it to get the Omni.
There might be more differences though that Amazon doesn't list in picture quality but I'm not sure.

No Dolby Vision support unless you go 65" or larger...otherwise...this looks like a solid budget set...

My understanding is any indoor tv put outdoors will last a year or so because they aren't built to be outside. You need a tv built specifically for the outdoors.
