Nice, and these are 99% cotton with 1% elastane. Many other Levi jeans have switched over to a blend of lyocell or polyester which feel terrible and don't hold up well.

Nice, and these are 99% cotton with 1% elastane. Many other Levi jeans have switched over to a blend of lyocell or polyester which feel terrible and don't hold up well.

Great price on 501s; I just ordered 3 pairs of The Rose. They're close enough in color to what I normally buy, which is Rinse or Dark Stonewash. 501s ain't what they used to be in quality or longevity, but they're still my favorite jeans for comfort and appearance. My last 501s I ordered said "stretch" on the label, which put me in a bit of a panic until I realized that they aren't stretch denim in the traditional sense. They stretch just a little but otherwise look and feel the same as my other 501s. Thanks so much for posting, OP. The $70-$80 regular price on 501s is ridiculously expensive, and Levis has gone "woke" so much to the point that I want to find a new brand based on principle only. But nobody else makes a comparable style that I'm aware of.

Damn. Love this fit but that sucks…like the worlds highest pressure combination lock. Maybe I'm too self conscious but it always felt like I was making a weird scene in the public restroom with those lol.

Picked up a pair of these as well since the last time I got the 512, and they were OK. It's kinda funny to me that the only pair of jeans I've had a blowout was 100% cotton. I rotate around 40 pairs of pants and half of them are jeans. I usually skip the ones without stretch because they remind me that my body needs to conform to them as opposed to the other way around.
