I bought this same set on June 4th deal that I posted and I have been using it for the past month. I have been really impressed with it especially with the skillet as it is a big improvement over my last cookware set. It cooks faster and more evenly than my last skillet and it weighs little bit lighter too. It does a better job at non-sticking with food than my last skillet which worked very well but the cuisinart is definitely better there. I can cook fish with little oil and it doesn't stick. No issues with food sticking and stainless steel. The grip is comfortable too. The utensils are nice too as I use the tong a lot. I never used the non-stick skillet yet because I really just prefer to use stainless steel. The set really lives up to it 4.5 out of 5 star rating (661 reviews).

One of the pan looks like it has a non stick coating, but I could not find any info on what type of coating it is. Do not want a potentially toxic coating that will be a problem with any heat above medium and may scrap off too easily.
With the limited info, atleast these should be tri-ply.
