I know this is only $15, but consider it a throwaway if a Razer product goes bad, their customer support is horrendous.

I'd hope so, but if you have a problem within the warranty period, just throw it out, don't expect to get it taken care of. I've seen some horror stories about Razer's customer service, not a company I'm interested in supporting.

yah, for $15, if I get 1 yr use out of it, I don't even think about contact their CS. Wasting my time at that point.

Love this mouse! Unfortunately, I paid $70 for this mouse two months ago, but it's a no brainer at $15!

Edit: Just kidding, I thought this was for the wireless one. This is for the wired version. I do love the feeling and shape of this mouse though.

I had a Razer laptop that died on me and I was out of the country, and they STILL found me an authorized repair in the country I was in, had it all fixed for free, no issue.

I know plenty of people who had mice/keyboards replaced, they just had to send in a picture of the cut cable.

Razer products can definitely be lemons / die quickly, but I have never had an issue with their customer support.

I also have a laptop and I've not been impressed with the customer service.
After my laptop died (wouldn't power on) they made me jump through worthless hoops and dragged it out.
I eventfully sent it in to them, they sent it back a month or two later, same issue within two weeks.
Back to the hoops. Had to go though everything again even though it was obviously the same issue.
I won't be buying another laptop from them.
I'll still get the mice and keyboards when there is a really good deal but I'll consider them disposable.

This is a small mouse. I have a 4inch palm and use claw grip on it. Feels good. It is also shaped for those are right handed.

If you have bigger hands or use fingertip grip or palm grip, you might not want to waste your money here.

Ps. For small mouse, the viper mini feels better than this. The Viper mini is about $24 on Amazon

Tempting but Razer has burned my bridges. Their products fail within a year of use and their support/warranty are trash.

How long ago was this? I've seen almost nothing but bad news about them for the past year or so.
