Cornbread doesn't need sugar, and even if you do like it sweet, not 5g per muffin ( over a teaspoon each, 20% of daily recommended per 2 muffin serving )
This is almost as much as a cupcake.

So 6 muffins can be made per pouch. Assuming you use the exact instructions and measurements. Although you could also use this and mix in other things like protein powder, egg whites, oat flour to add more volume
