Talked to CS and they said to just send it back and wait for it to drop in price again. Gonna talk to them again tomorrow hopefully something better happens.

Finally able to pace the order late yesterday. Delivery showing 1st week of Aug, must have backordered, sure it will be 1 instead of 4, hoping for 4 though

I purchased 2band got 2 single lights. Just got off the phone with CS and they are sending me the missing 6. If you call tell them you don't want refund.

The customer service agent I spoke to offered me a $5 promotional credit, a return label, and his apologies. He understood the page is confusing, agreed it should have been 4, but said I paid for 1, so SOL. Definitely too good to be true

On the phone with CS. They told me I should have received 4 and are sending me a new order. Ordered 2 different orders of 1 qty each. I have to return the original one. Now I can absolutely complain if it happens again. Maybe I'll get 8 in the end?

Just got mine today. Received 2 boxes of the 1 count. Chatted with customer service and she refunded my order and stated that I don't have to return them. So 2 free lights, yay!

I ordered 4x 4packs for the 257. Total of 4 lights came. BUT I did call Amazon and let them know I was missing 3x 4packs. Refunded 196.70. So success in getting one pack of 4 for 60$!

Well my replacements that promised to be 4 came and of course they were 2 more singles. I spoke with customer service and they just gave me my money back. So 4 free lights!
