From ratings I read and price, I am thinking about getting Jabra Elite 7 Active.
In particular seems Jabra with their firmware update in Feb. 2022 can connect to two device simultaneously.

I bought the Jabra 65t Elite Active a few years ago and loved them, partly because they were my first true wireless.
I upgraded to the Elite Active 75t and have been nothing but disappointed. Software issues, fit issues, seriously deleted battery life. I was a huge Jabra fan but am now done.
Maybe the Jabra Elite Active 7 is better.
