It's no big deal to me though, because I've gotten so many free months in the past, which I didn't expect to get. I've probably gotten more than a year for free or heavily discounted (99 cents) in the past few years.
There is a big selection in KU, but they don't have everything, and certain popular things might not be found there.
I found many things that I liked, but it all depends on what genres somebody likes to read.
I guess just try the trial, and you'll see what kind of content they have.
