This is the SMART griddle and grill combo. Guess the last best deal from Koh's was on the non smart version of this.
To me, the smart thermometer offers the convenience of set it and forget it for an additional $39, over the target one (which, IMO is better than the Costco one with only the grill). Add the 6% cash back at amazon I guess for prime day purchases.
