The milk frothing system for the lattego is unrivaled imo. You fill the carafe with milk then connect it. When you are done, you wipe the pour spout and put the leftover milk filled carafe into the refrigerator for later. Other counter systems require cleaning or purging.

It's easily one of the best features for the uninitiated or lazy like myself.

I had to clear cache and cookies to get Philips to accept the coupon with TCB link (still not sure if it stuck)..
You have to start with an empty cart too.

Got mine yesterday.
It was disappointing at first, but I got it dialed in after many many bad shots. Works a treat now.

TCB sucks as they did not register my purchase. Fie on them.

Did TCB fix it? Or are they refusing to give the cb credit? Mine shows the click was registered but still no CB, its been under 7 days though

It will never show up. I filed a claim, which takes months to resolve.

That is disappointing to hear.I just filed a claim also. Without the CB, I would take a hard look at the Gaggia Magenta Prestige at $799. https://www.amazon.com/Gaggia-Mag...275&sr=8-7

Or even the Gaggia Cadorna Prestige which has excellent reviews but is a bit more pricey but on sale at Amazon for $1399 which is the lowest it's been on a new unit. Pair that with a Amazon Prime credit card to save an additional 5%.
