This dell doesn't have speakers. From my research Most reviewers prefer the dell over the lg. This dell also has USB 3.0 up and down

This feature would be really useful when you try to use video conferencing software like MS Teams to just want to share half of your screen instead of the whole ultra-wide screen, which would make the shared screen look too small, as MS teams would like to shrink everything to fit the output.
2nd: The display panel difference: The VA Panel this LG uses is less bright and less vibrant than Dell's. Also, LG seems to have more ghosting (due to an average slower response time) compared to the more expensive Dell's ,you can find reviews on youtube.
