If you only get BOGO items up to $40 then the discount will apply on top of the BOGO and you end up with a zero dollar final bill.

There may have been more, but I would only expect amazon branded products to have the bogo deal (Aplenty is an Amazon brand)

As an example, you could take:
-4x Hass avocados - shows a pre-sale price of 6.76, which drops to 2.00
-10x ears of corn - initial price of 10.90, then discounts to 2.00
And add a BOGO item to get closer to $40 subtotal:
-4x Bacon - $12 -> $6.
Then add $10.01 of anything not on sale in the store. This gives you a subtotal of 41.67 (before all discounts) or 20.01 (after all discounts but before 20 off 40). You then apply the 20 off 40, and pay a total of 1 cent to get everything above.
