my dad and I always used Caroll's chili mix back in the day.

Love that stuff but never tried the white chicken mix. Anyone have opinions on it?

I like it a lot. Pretty good ingredients and a nice clean flavor which can be doctored up numerous ways. I use chicken thighs for extra flavor, brown them with some onions. The box contains 4 different seasoning packets so you can choose to add or not add the various components, i.e., jalapeƱo.

It doesn't show the back of the box that has instructions. What else do you need besides the chicken?

Beans (shut up, Texas), vegetables, and probably some moisture (pro tip: use chicken stock in addition to water).

All I know about Carroll Shelby is what I saw in Ford v Ferrari. But it was a great movie. Is this stuff just as great?
