I was thinking about going with the Gskill deal at $150 but these are definitely better quality. Thanks!

2 of these 16gb or the crucial 32 kit(https://a.co/d/bEcJyhG)

i've been putting off getting ram for my laptop but i'm always at 85%+ utilization with the stock 16gb and nothing seemed that good of a deal for prime day

I haven't bought crucial for a while. When I used to buy them. They were stable Oem replacement. I used them for dell and hp servers. They were my go to for aftermarket non Oem price. I don't know if they still make them or resell. I would choose them if I'm buying memory for server if it's cheaper than configuring off dell/hp pricing. I never used sabrent before.

Why does my windows explorer process regularly use 3 to 6 GB of RAM??

Windows 10, Dell G7

This is the only/main reason I'm thinking of upgrading from 16GB to 32GB

Big OEMs like Lenovo, HP, and Dell are not buying as much memory, yet Crucial, Samsung, and SK Hynix must keep producing (how else will I pay off that $10 billion Fab unless I keep using it) can't sell all they make. Retail prices will continue to come down in price on memory and SSDs.
