Placed mine for pickup order about 5 mins after posting. Picked up about an hour later. There were several other orders for pickup there. Employee didn't seem to care about honoring them. She wouldn't let the exchange unless for an item of equal or lesser value.

I accidentally placed 2 orders because internet issues but just to update, my 2 orders went from pending order number to an actual order number. Status still shows pending though.
