better to wait for 4000 series cards since they made a huge order on them via TSMC before crypto winter hit. 4000 series launch was delayed because the AIB companies complained about the huge number of 3000 series cards they still have to sell.
they're going to keep going down in price. if i'm a betting man i'd wait until at least late summer to pick a 3000 series card for cheaper or better yet, just wait for 4000 series cards and get them below MSRP but that may take awhile

Not a bad idea to wait for lower 3080 prices, but from what I've heard the 4080 wont be available until probably November at the earliest, most likely December.

Nvidia will likely delay them further out, way too much 3000 stock and AMD still can't keep up.

Bundle this card with $120 digital game is very bad for any buyer. The games will be priced at $120 in the invoice even it sounds like added in bundle as free. What bad about this is that you can not return the card if something goes wrong or you only get $620 back because digital games ($120) are not returnable.
Don't buy anything with digital goods bundle from Neweggs unless you sure you will keep the merchandise you purchased.
Why not they keep the rebate and 4 games and discount it to $630? That would be the price.
Because I don't think any of these titles are worth even close to $120 if you shop around. It's better for companies to offer you deals by adding digital content (which costs them very little in comparison) to inflate the value so it makes people think like they're getting a bigger deal, without having to lose more money.
