They actually sent me one and it got lost in transit. Then they sent me another one to replace the first and both arrived. I called them to let them know, but they just said I could keep them both. I wasn't going to complain

I'm the opposite. I quit using all my other grills about 6 years ago when I picked up an Akorn Kamado. It has been great, but it is now rusting badly. I love the versatility of Kamado style grills so I figured I would invest in a ceramic that should last me for 10+ years.

Ended up getting the Joe I when they were on sale at Walmart last year for $400. Although I like the concept of cooking with Charcoal, I find myself cooking on my flattop and Traeger instead of taking the time to get the Egg started.

Get a cast iron pizza pan to use on the joe, works great!

They mean convenience. Might as well use the cast iron on the traeger as all you need to do is set the temp and walk away. Either way, the blackstone flattops are really nice for large family events.

Traeger doesn't get anywhere hot enough where you'd want to make pizzas on it…

I spent 1200 on this like a retard a year ago. I absolutely love it but this price is a little easier to swallow.

Their customer service is amazing. You can't go wrong with Kamado Joe. I have two BGE and two Kamado Joe. No comparison... Kamado Joe is way better because of the improvements they make.
