Save up and spend the money on something better, search knife in SD, you will find out knives deals with Aus-8 steel below $15 were pretty often. 7Cr is 2 levels below Aus-8.

Pick on a State and let us know where a folding knife is illegal if the blade is over 3.5" in length.

They are talking about switch blades knives or other such weaponry. This as per court rulings needs a person to flick open and opens only as quickly as you flick it.

Hence, most of the restrictions on blade length don't apply.

Yay you can cut seatbelts with it………maybe. I bought this knife when I didn't know anything about knives. It's just a toy with crappy steel. If it didn't say Smith and Wesson on it it would be a dollar store knife. You'll have better luck throwing it out the window……. I mean at a window to break it 😂

Agreed, but I do own decent knives (SOG FX Tanto?) Is probably my favorite.

I do really like the look of S&W knives though.

I have several styles of these S&W knives. This style I've actually used to filet fish on the river. Keep one in each vehicle and boat and some tackle boxes and toolbags. Cheap enough I don't care what I cut with it or lose it.
