This seems to be a great deal and beats other recent frontpage posts. Roughly 42.27 a year for a Ultimate if my math is right.

8 x 5.79 = 46.32 for 400 days. Or 11.58 cents a day. .1158 x 365 = 42.27.

My ultimate is about to expire so I'm loading up.

I've been getting errors that CDKeys can't process my payment method. I've tried Paypal and a couple different credit cards. Any ideas what might be going on? I tried in a private browser window too.

Since you're so close to expiration, wouldn't it be a better deal to wait for your GPU to expire then load up on Xbox Live Gold, then convert to GPU for a $1 (or some cases $15)?

Worked for me using a PC with the edge browser, also 4% cash back through Bing rewards.

For those wondering why use the 3 month card vs the 6 months or 1 year, MIcrosoft has a tiered conversion rate: As you can see below a 3 month card converts to 50 days of ultimate whereas a 6 month card only converts to 79 days. You have to divide the card price by the number of days to determine which is the best value. in this case 50 days for 5.79 = 11.4 cents/day is much better then 79 days for 15.99 = 20.24 cents/day

From Microsoft website:

After you join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you can continue to redeem Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass codes. These codes will automatically convert to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at a ratio based on the ERP (Estimated Retail Price) of those codes. Conversion ratio subject to change.

Here are the conversion rates:

1 month of Gold to 20 days of Ultimate
3 months of Gold to 50 days of Ultimate (1+ month)
6 months of Gold to 79 days of Ultimate (2+ months)
12 months of Gold to 4 months of Ultimate
24 months of Gold to 8 months of Ultimate

1 month of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games) to 20 days of Ultimate
3 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games) to 2 months of Ultimate
6 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games) to 4 months of Ultimate
12 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games) to 5 months of Ultimate
24 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games) to 10 months of Ultimate

1 month of Xbox Game Pass PC Games to 20 days of Ultimate

Oh crap. Yeah probably. I thought once you went to Ultimate it flagged your account permanently. Doesn't look like thats the case.

That's a 50 dollar or so lesson learned.

Yes, you'd definitely get more bang for your buck if you wait for GPU to expire and go back to XBL Gold first. But my GPU doesn't expire for over a year and I'm not willing to hold on to these "grey market" CDKeys code for that long... who knows if they will still work then. Besides, what works out to be just over $40 for a year of GPU is not a bad deal, especially since these are Global codes and you don't have to do the VPN hack to use them.
