The title and price are misleading
Size listed is 20"
Walmart has a similar one. It has more pocket storage inside and you don't have to mess with kohls endless coupons and kohls cash.
Literally bought a 28" earlier today and already ordered one from WM as the pockets really make a big difference.

They are hard case and amazing quality.
And it was $50 for 28inch on 2020 Black Friday.
Sounds like we need a time machine based on the previous comments.
