It's only that price if you have a kohls credit card with coupon.
The title and price are misleading

Size listed is 20"

Walmart has a similar one. It has more pocket storage inside and you don't have to mess with kohls endless coupons and kohls cash.
Literally bought a 28" earlier today and already ordered one from WM as the pockets really make a big difference.

I have the largest size of this in mint, got it from Kohls for $49.99 on black friday 2020. It was cheaper than this 2 years in a row for all sizes (carry-on was like 29ish).

This is incorrect. I don't have a Kohl's Card and was able to replicate the deal. I didn't buy it, but it definitely is $71.99 and does not need the Kohl's Card. Not sure what gave you the idea that it required it. The original post isn't misleading whatsoever, it is accurate.
