  4. Click on Add to Mobile Order then Use Deal
  5. Select from the available options for each burger:

Self-control (lack of it) is why this country is so fat. If you eat this every day, sure, you'll be fat, and unhealthy - once a month, not so much.

I learned today that I am capable of eating 2 bacon double quarter pounders in one sitting. Not my proudest moment but I did it because it was a slickdeal. ☹️

The old me would have jumped on this deal but I had quite a health scare with my blood pressure possibly affecting my kidneys. Had to take blood pressure medicine and have been able to wean myself off with a super strict diet and weight loss. So no more double quarter pounders with cheese for me, lol.

Finally learned after this many years to eat my veggies and be good.

I believe if you leave them on the counter, it should be the same state in 3 days as it will be in 20 years as it was the day you got it. (This was something they actually tested if you didn't know. Kind of gross, yet our family still eats it occasionally. McDonald's is the most expensive fast food in our area though, I have no idea when the tables turned!)

Yeah.. a lot of non informed wannabe 'online armchair nutritionists" on here especially don't get that most of the health issues people talk about on here are due to genetics and poor movement. The sh*t is true.. look it up, talk to your doctor.. whatever you want to do. Don't blame the food, blame oneself for not being active and working off calories that we intake. You can write some super long response of course defending your dietary intake if you want saying that you worked out 4 times a day etc.. not buying it. High blood pressure comes from a few things, I named them. Applause

Genetics and exercise are a factor, but you'd have to be completely delusional to believe that eating quarter pounders - with their high fat and sodium content - aren't going to have a significant and negative impact on your health and well-being. I'm always amazed by how people only believe the things that support their narrow view of the world - and they never let facts get in the way of their beloved disinformation. 🙄

Part of it, but food here really does have a lot of garbage crammed in it.
For example many pasta sauces are filled with sugar [pickyeaterblog.com] and people don't realize it.

Our food is worse than some other countries.

Be gentle. Keep it wrapped and instead of nuking for 90 seconds on high do 6min or so at 20-30% depending on your appliance. It's already cooked, just make it un-cold. Can get fancier but I'm guessing fast food folk will aim for easy and that's just fine.
